This process entails ensuring that every detail has been fully understood and a complete grasp of the client culture has been assimilated. Only then can Marlow IP portray the client company and the job specification with absolute honesty and accuracy to potential candidates. This is agreed and signed off with the client. Then, and only then, do we commence our search and selection processes.
Think Differently
Doing things differently means being transparent with our clients: this is manifested by sharing both the good and bad news. On occasions we identify the right candidate but for all sorts of reasons they may decide to remain in their current position rather then opt for a new opportunity. Marlow IP is open with clients about the reasons for such decisions. When candidates interviewed don't match the client requirements we will tell them; we never shoe-horn individuals into ill-advised positions.
At Marlow IP we strive to complete every recruitment assignment: we don't give up or walk away.
We will also share with clients the hours logged and the full expenses entailed on a given assignment; it is all part of the Marlow IP Integrity Charter
